C. If you choose to apply for a job through Figurine.bg, as a candidate, Zumzeria Srl processes your personal data as follows:

  • For other purposes and grounds listed in section B above.

D. If you are a contact person of Partners or potential Partners, Zumzeria Srl processes your personal data as follows:

  • For initiating or performing the contractual relationship between Zumzeria Srl and Partners or potential Partners.
  • For other purposes and grounds listed in section C above.

To contact us, the user must complete a contact form providing certain information (name, phone number, email address). This information is used to contact the user regarding the services on the site for which they have expressed interest.

4. PRODUCT ORDERS

To benefit from the services offered by Zumzeria Srl, you must provide certain personal data. Refusal to provide this data will result in the inability to use Zumzeria Srl's services and conduct commercial relationships. Like other operators, Figurine.bg records this information to improve the user experience and the quality of the services offered. In accordance with the requirements of Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Zumzeria Srl is obliged to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself or another person.

Figurine.bg has implemented physical, electronic, and administrative security measures in accordance with regulations designed to protect your personal data. These data can be accessed only by a limited number of authorized persons, as per point 2 of the Privacy Policy.

We strive to protect Figurine.bg and our users against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold.

In particular:

  • We offer secure access to personal data.
  • We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access to systems.
  • We restrict access to personal information, granting it only to authorized persons who are entitled to know such information to process it on our behalf and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and can be held accountable or have their contract terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

  • Right to intervene on data (any request to modify or delete personal data can be made by email to contact@figurine.bg); any data subject has the right to obtain from the operator, free of charge, rectification, updating, blocking, or deletion of data whose processing is not compliant with the law, especially incomplete or inaccurate data);
  • Right to address the courts.

There are various methods to opt-out of receiving marketing messages:

  • Log in to Figurine.bg - In My Account section My Subscriptions, you have the option to opt-out or subscribe to receiving personalized marketing.
  • Send an email to contact@figurine.bg for instructions.
  • Click the link at the end of a marketing email or text to unsubscribe;
  • Tell the consultant if you receive a marketing call;
  • Send an email using the support form on our website, www.figurine.bg.

9. DELETION AND MODIFICATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

To exercise these rights, you can send a written, dated, and signed request to the address: Strada Gavanei No 114c, Darza, Dambovita, Romania. You can exercise, free of charge, for one request per year, to be confirmed whether personal data is processed or not, or to request the deletion of such data.

10. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

All provisions of this document are constructed to follow the provisions of Romanian laws and will be interpreted according to Romanian laws in force.

Zumzeria Srl is a limited liability company, organized and operating under Romanian law, registered in the Trade Register under no. J15/828/2012, unique identification code RO30984897, headquartered at Str. Gavanei, No 114c, Darza, Romania. By reading this document, you acknowledge that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely the right to be informed, the right to access data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to address the courts in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Also, Figurine.bg may provide the buyer's personal data to other companies with which it has partnerships, but only under a confidentiality agreement from them and only for the purposes mentioned in point 16.3, which guarantees that these data are kept safe and that providing this personal information is done in accordance with the law in force, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment/banking services providers, telemarketing or other services provided by companies with which we may develop joint market offering programs for our Goods and Services, insurers.

By completing the order form on the Site with personal data, the Buyer expressly consents that the legal entities with which Zumzeria Srl has partnerships to finalize and process an order.

The buyer's personal information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts, and other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

Figurine.bg will keep the confidentiality of any information you provide. Disclosure of the information provided will only be possible under the conditions mentioned in this document.

No public statement, promotion, press release, or any other disclosure to third parties will be made by the Buyer/Client regarding the Order/Contract without the prior written consent of the Seller.

By transmitting information or materials through this site, you grant the Seller unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute these materials or information. You also agree that the Seller may freely use, in its own interest, such information, ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you have sent through the Site. Figurine.bg will not be subject to confidentiality obligations regarding the information sent unless the legislation in force provides otherwise.
