Product Delivery Conditions

Any order placed through the website www.figurine.bg is contractually valid accompanied by order confirmation.

Order Modification:

Any order can be modified by sending an email to contact@figurine.bg.

Delivery

Products are delivered by the courier service provider: Sameday or DPD (Speedy).

When placing the order, after the delivery address details have been filled in, the shipping cost will be automatically displayed before finalizing the order.

Shipping is free for orders of 200 BGN or more. The shipping cost is 7 BGN.

• Order value up to 200 BGN: 7 BGN shipping fee.
• Order value 200 BGN or more: 0 BGN shipping fee.

Product delivery is made by express courier Sameday or DPD. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Delivery Time Depending on Product Status

• In stock: 1-2 days - products in stock in our warehouse.
• On order: 5-10 days - products in the external warehouse of our supplier.
• Pre-order: Delivery time varies from product to product and is displayed on each product page.

Important Points

• The customer bears the shipping costs, which will be specified both during the order placement process and after finalizing it. Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours (EXCEPT FOR "ON ORDER" OR "PRE-ORDER" PRODUCTS) from order confirmation, excluding Sundays and legal holidays.
• Delivery is made within 1-2 working days (EXCEPT FOR "ON ORDER" OR "PRE-ORDER" PRODUCTS) during periods of low order volume and product availability. The term can be extended up to 30 days according to the legal provisions for delivering online orders.
• The customer is responsible for checking the product's integrity upon receipt and must notify Figurine.Bg in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by demonstrative photos of the defects.
• If you find that your package arrived damaged or unsealed, please refuse it, stating the reason for refusal on the delivery slip, and contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

There may be exceptional situations where the ordered product is out of stock at the time of order or is ordered from the external supplier's stock. Products temporarily out of stock can be delivered within a maximum of 30 days, subject to distributor availability.

There may also be exceptions to the standard delivery time of 1-2 working days for orders brought on order or pre-order.

Delivery delays may occur due to unfavorable weather conditions, impassable roads, or other weather-related causes.

The fiscal invoice will be sent electronically to the provided email address and does not require stamping and signing.
